Method 1: Update Driver Software

Step 1: Open RUN using Win + R command and then type devmgmt.msc for Device Manager.

Step 2: Find and expand “Network Adapters“.

Step 3: Right-click > network adapter > Update Driver Software.

Step 4: Tap “Browse my computer for driver software“.

Step 5: Then select “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer“.

Step 6: Select your hardware > Next. And Wait for some time and its done.

Method 2: Roll Back Logitech G930 Driver

Sometimes when we update drivers, Logitech headsets stopped working. So now its time to roll back driver update.

1. Go to the device manager.

2. Expand Audio inputs and outputs > Logitech device.

3. Right-click > choose Properties > Driver > Roll Back Driver.

Method 3: Download Latest Drivers From Logitech Website

Step 1: Go to the official website (https://www.logitech.com/) and then search for your device driver.

Step 2: Find and HEADSETS AND EARPHONES option.

Step 3: Expand the category > find your headset model.

Step 4: Click DOWNLOADS and save driver on your PC. Once downloaded, install the driver and its done.

Step 5: Reboot your computer and see if this is working for you.

So open a website and search for webcam and then choose a model. Then download the driver and install it.
